§ 1. General terms

1.1 Agreement
You agree to the following terms and conditions when you become a customer and enter into a contract for the purchase of goods from Neckwear Sweden AB (556882-4063).

1.2  Minors
Neckwear Sweden AB only enter into contracts with adults over 18 years. If the person is a minor, parental permission is required for purchases.

1.3 Prices
Neckwear Sweden AB is registered for sales-tax. All our prices include swedish moms (sales tax) within EU. We make reservation for possible incorrect pricing, which could result in the cancellation of orders.


2.1 Worldwide shipping
Please go to checkout to find out local shipping options and fees. Delivery time 4-10 weekdays. All orders placed before 16:00 (Stockholm time) are shipped the same day. Note that delays could occur with the freight company’s delivery times meaning we cannot guarantee the delivery time.

2.2 UPS Express shipping 10 €
Delivery time 1-3 working days after your order has been sent. Orders with UPS must be placed before 15:00 (Stockholm time) to be shipped the same day. Home delivery. Non refundable.


3.1 How do I return a purchase
Mark the item on your order confirmation that you want to return. Put the order confirmation in the package with the item. Use the shiping method of your choice. Find out how to make your return here

3.2 How much does it cost to return a purchase?
You can check at your local postoffice or you can check out UPS or FedEx rates online.

3.3 100 days cooling-off period
If you are not happy we will refund you, regardless of the reason. Otherwise we will help you exchange for another item that you like more.

3.4 Exchange
If you want to exchange your products make a return and place a new order.

3.5 Refund
The same day we receive your return, we refund your money into your account. For payments with bank card, it usually takes 3-5 banking days before you have the money in your account. With Paypal, the refund is instant. 

3.6 The right to return
In accordance with Swedish distance and home sales act, you have the right to change your mind within 14 days of receiving the items. We have chosen to increase this to a total of 100 days cooling-off period. If you have further questions regarding returns or exchanges, you can email us at info@neckwearshop.eu.

In order to be valid for return, the product must be unused. The customer can examine the product, but it should be essentially unchanged. Items must be returned in their original packaging. Handling of returns can take up to one working week but they are normally handled on the same day they are received. Free promotional products when you buy items above a certain amount must also be returned if the order value is below the promotional level after the return. In other cases, the free product will be charged for.


4.1 Complaints
If there is a problem with the product, it will be repaired or replaced with a new one. If you want to complain about a product, please register the claim online or contact our customer service. Please have your order number at hand so that we can help you as quickly as possible. We pay for all return and shipping costs for faulty products. We follow the Consumer Complaints Board’s recommendations and guidelines.

4.2 Warranty
We offer a 2 year warranty on all products. This is valid for all products in our range. If the warranty time exceeds 1 year, this will be stated in the product description. 


5.1 GDPR
When you shop on our website we will need to store some of your personal data. You have the right to access this data or to have it erased. 6.1 Payment methods
Neckwearshop cooperates with Klarna, which handles all payments and refunds for us.
